- Vidual arrival in Muscat
- Overnight: hotel accommodation in Muscat
- City Tour of Muscat: Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Sultan’s Palacemshort hike around the old port/city of Muttrah.
- Overnight stay in hotel
- Visit and swim at Bimmah Sinkhole.
- A short hike through Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi, through lagoons to the waterfall.
- Camp overnight on Fins beach
- Hike through Wadi Bani Khalid to the top of the mountain range, climbing along the top of the mountain ridge.
- Overnight camp in the mountains.
- Begin the hike from the mountain camp and cross through the mountains down to the oasis of Wadi Bani Khalid.
- Relax and swim in the pools of the wadi.
- Canyoning through Wadi Bani Khalid drive to Wahiba Sands (extra activities available: camel riding, sandboarding, etc).
- Overnight desert camp.
- Drive to Jebel Shams, up to al-Ayn, and visit the 5,000-year-old Beehive Tombs (UNESCO World Heritage site).
- Tour the completely renovated and restored Bahla Fortress.
- Overnight guest house or hotel-style apartments.
- Hike the “Balcony Walk”, around the rim of the Grand Canyon of Arabia and visit the abandoned village, caves, and small lake.
- Visit the mountain oasis of Misfat Abrieen.
- Overnight in a guesthouse or apartment-style hotel.
- Jebel Shams mountain ascent (10 – 12 hour hike) drive down to Al Hamra.
- Overnight in guesthouse or apartment-style hotel.
- Visit the abandoned mudbrick village of Al Hamra drive across the mountain village to the picturesque village of Balad Sayt short canyon trek.
- Overnight camp in Wadi Bani Awf underneath the 100-year-old Gaf trees.
- Begin two day hike across Jebel Akhdar Ridge. Begin at Wukan Village, through the hanging gardens of the valley.
- Climb to the top of the mountain ridge, 2,300m.
- Overnight camp at the top of the mountain.
- Descent from mountain ridge to the village of Hadash, along an ancient trail.
- Finish at Wukan Village.
- Drive to a local farm with a pool.
- Overnight camp on the farm.
- Descent from mountain ridge to the village of Hadash, along an ancient trail.
