- Upon arriving in Cairo, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your chosen hotel for some rest and relaxation.

- After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day by visiting the world-famous Egyptian Museum. The museum houses a vast collection of cultural relics and monuments with a history of more than 3,000 years. - In the afternoon, head to the Sahara Desert to explore the iconic Great Pyramid of Giza and the Great Sphinx of Giza. Constructed in the 1960s, the High Dam was built to control the flooding of the Nile River and harness its hydropower. Standing at 110 meters tall and stretching 3,600 meters in length, it is an impressive engineering feat and one of the largest dams in the world. It is seventeen times larger than the pyramid.
- Next, visit the Unfinished Obelisk, an ancient monument left behind by the Egyptians. This unfinished obelisk measures 41 meters in length and weighs 1267 tons. It provides insights into the ancient Egyptian techniques of quarrying and sculpting monumental stone.
- Embark on an ancient sailboat, also known as a felucca, for a delightful cruise along the Nile River. Sail through to the Botanical Island, formerly known as Kitchener Island. - Archaeologists believe that the pyramids were not built by slaves, but by the Egyptians themselves. Some of these workers were potentially farmers, who likely had time to work on the pyramids after they were finished with harvest.
- It is also possible that farmers would have had time to work on the pyramids during the part of the year when the Nile was flooded, before planting took place. Slaves were needed to support the workmen during the construction, bringing food and water and providing other services as needed.
- Slaves were also commanded to make mud bricks, which were used to create other structures. Master builders, who directed the important work with stones, were of a higher social class. They lived in houses in a village at the base of the pyramid.
