- Our driver will meet you at the airport or at your accommodation in Marrakech to start your 5-day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga with an unforgettable journey from Marrakech to the Dades Gorges via the High Atlas Mountains.
- Ascend through the Tizi N'Tichka pass (2,260m) and see beautiful villages perched on the mountainsides.
- Then we continue to Ouarzazate through the unforgiving stone desert, to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and the famous film studios.
- After having lunch, enjoy the drive through the Dades Valley along the famous road of a thousand Kasbahs, passing the charming town of Skoura, famous for its 1000 kasbahs, and continuing to Kelaat Magouna, famous for its roses.
- After you arrive in Boumalne Dades, Enjoy dinner and spend the night at Kasbah Didis
- Set off in the morning to ever-changing scenery en route to the dunes of Merzouga. Crossing the oasis of Tinghir, you cross the palm groves towards the Todra gorges.
- In this wonderful place, the limestone cliffs look like a gap formed between the magnificent mountains of the Todra Massif, before plunging into the flat bed of a river.
- The peaks rise up to 320m above the Todra Gorge, which winds its way from its source in the High Atlas Mountains.
- At your leisure, stroll through the gorges and palm groves.
- After a hearty lunch, continue to Tinjdad and Erfoud with their palm groves.

- After breakfast at the camp, take the camels back to the dune line where you will meet your driver, then start your tour around the high dunes of Merzouga, visit the Merzouga area including Hassi Lbeid, Tanamoust, Khamlia where a band is located, listen to African music, then continue your way to the nomads, explore their lifestyle and way of life, taste a Berber pizza.
- Then we go to Merzouga where you will have lunch.
- Following that, visit Hassilbeid Oasis and enjoy a panoramic view of Merzouga. In the late afternoon, we take you to your accommodation where you will spend the night at Riad Dar Hassan or Cafe Du Sud.
- After breakfast at the riad we continue our 5-day desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga.
- Departure towards the palm grove of Tafilalet and the city of Rissani, where the Alawite dynasty originated.
- Explore the former capital of the Alaouite Sultans before continuing to the village of Alnif, where we will take the road that crosses the Jbel Saghro Anti-Atlas range.
- See the grey-black mountains of different and extraordinary shapes as you continue to the main Berber village of Tazzarine and N'kob and then drive into the Draa valley with its rows of majestic palm trees.
- Late afternoon, departure to Ouarzazate via the Anti-Atlas Mountains via Tizi N'Tniffift. arriving in Ouarzazate where you will spend the night at Riad Amlal.
- Leaving Ouarzazate in the morning, we will visit a UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, the most impressive Kasbah and well-preserved fortress in Morocco.
- The site has been the location for many film shoots including 'The Mummy', 'Gladiator', '7 Days in Tibet', 'Alexander the Great' and 'Babel'.
- Leave Ait Ben Haddou and head towards the majestic Atlas Mountains Crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco, Tizi N'Tichka, at 2260m high, offers impressive views of valleys, mountains, and many other Berber villages nearby.
- Arrival at 3:00 pm. will accompany you to your accommodation in Marrakech.
Cancelation Policy
- If you cancel your tour 30 days prior to your arrival date: 15 % of the full amount per person will be charged
- If you cancel your tour between 15 to 20 days prior to your arrival date: 50 % of the full amount per person will be charged
- If you cancel your tour between 0 to 15 days prior to your arrival date: 100 % of the full amount per person will be charged.
Kid Policy:
- Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
- Children aged 6-11 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents) maximum 1 child per family.
- 12+ years pay as an adult person.
