The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour with justified cause, in which case a full refund will be issued to the client.

By the Tourist (for groups less than 10):

All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the company. The following cancellation fees, after deducting the provider/s' percentage, will apply:

• Cancellation received 22 to 15 days prior to the tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation received 15 to 7 days prior to the tour date: 25% + refund.
• Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the tour date: No Refund.
